Specializing in depression, grief, and coping skills, she offers educated listening and guidance to support clients through difficult times.
Kara has studied many different approaches to psychotherapy and uses a blend of cognitive therapy and techniques such as Brainspotting to deliver healthy, long-term solutions.
EDUCATION
Kara has a BA in Sociology from Hunter College and graduated with a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University.
